§1.2 The owner is responsible for their own account; the administration bears no responsibility for the account.
Note: If access to the account is lost or, for example, controlled by someone else through "hacking," the account will still be subjected to the same penalties.

Note: This includes direct transfers to another person, bank transfers, and transactions via the family account.
§1.7.1 Lending money to someone has no maximum limit; however, it must be evident that the money will be gradually repaid.
Note: The administration may request an explanation for such transactions at any time, and failure to provide a reasonable explanation will result in penalties according to General Rule 1.7.

Game Rules

§6.1 Using animations during a fight is prohibited.

§6.2 An RP situation may not be abandoned by refusing to continue it.
Example: Leaving the game, going/standing AFK, entering an inaccessible interior, etc.

§6.3 The storage of families or organizations may not be emptied for personal purposes.
Note: Personal purposes include storing items in personal vehicles, family vehicles, house storage, or family storage. Items may remain in the inventory if they are later used for the organization.

§6.4 Playing a "bad" employee of an organization is only allowed if an approved RP biography exists.

§6.5 Any criminal actions against EMS employees (killing, robbing, or kidnapping) are prohibited. Harassing EMS employees is also forbidden.

§6.6 During a shootout, no one may heal, revive someone, or loot items.

§6.7 If you are killed and respawn at the hospital, you may not return to the same location for 15 minutes. You may also no longer participate in the same RP situation.

§6.8 Immoral actions may not be performed on unconscious persons.
Example: Sexual animations or spitting on the corpse.
Note: Performing emotes in front of or over a corpse will be penalized as baiting/provocation.

§6.9 Performing sexual actions on a person is prohibited. In such cases, the victim may leave the situation and escape.

§6.10 It is forbidden to transfer a situation in the game to the OOC area.
Example: Addressing or messaging someone in a Discord chat or on the forum about an in-game situation.

§6.11 A player must choose one side to play. It is not allowed for one character to be in a gang or mafia while another character from the same account is in a state organization.

§6.12 Outside the ghetto, you must issue a demand before shooting someone. If the person does not comply within 5 seconds, shooting is allowed.

§6.13 Helicopters may not be used to access rooftops that cannot otherwise be reached by ladders or other means.

§6.14 The use of H-words or N-words is prohibited.
Explanation: H-words include any terms equivalent to the word “Hurensohn.”

§6.15 Armored vehicles may not be exploited or abused to shield oneself from bullets.

§6.16 Exploiting bugs or even attempting to do so is strictly prohibited and will be penalized.

§6.17 It is prohibited to kill players performing starter jobs.
Addition: Starter jobs include taxi driver, construction worker, garbage collector, waste disposal, diver, hunter, mechanic, lumberjack, electrician, bus driver, trucker, fisherman, farmer, miner, and mobile shop.
Exception: Starter jobs are not protected from police actions.

§6.18 Players may not be robbed or kidnapped on Fort Zancudo.

§6.19 Clothing may not be used to impersonate EMS staff.

§6.20 Creating a character of the opposite gender (to the player’s own gender) is prohibited.
Exception: A valid reason must be provided to the administration beforehand, or an approved transgender application must exist.

§6.21 Members of a gang or mafia may not be killed in their HQ unless overridden by applicable rules.
Exception: If an RP background exists, members may kill each other.

§6.22 In the ghetto (“Red Zone”), any player may be shot or killed without a demand. Robbery or kidnapping is also allowed in the ghetto, as long as the applicable rules are followed.
Note: There is always a route or path around the ghetto, so no player is forced to enter the area.
Explanation: The ghetto is a designated zone with the highest crime rates among gangs, mafias, and civilians.

§6.23 Shooting from a vehicle (drive-by) is only allowed for members of criminal and state organizations.

§6.23.1 Members of state and criminal organizations must first demand that a pursued driver stops and then attempt to stop them (e.g., by PIT maneuvers or ramming). If the driver still does not stop, a final warning must be issued before shooting at the tires is permitted.
Note: All applicable server rules must still be followed, including regulations for state organizations and rules for robberies or killings.
§6.24 During a drive-by, no one may shoot at individuals who are not in a vehicle.

§6.25 A gang’s HQ is, in RP, a place with the highest crime rate in the state.
Note: For this reason, civilians, other (non-allied) gangs, or mafias may not enter this location.

§6.26 If evidence, counterevidence, or requested POVs are not available for 48 hours in a forum complaint, the person concerned will be penalized.
§6.27 Areas blocked off by the administration (e.g., bollards or fences) may not be driven through with vehicles.

General Roleplay Terms and Rules

Roleplay (RP)
The performance or behavior of a normal person in the game (e.g., a regular civilian, a gangster, or a medic).

In Character (IC)
Acting in the role of your character. Your actions and words should align with your character’s persona.

Out of Character (OOC)
When you step out of your character’s role and make statements unrelated to your roleplay.
Example: Discussing a real-life situation or referring to your real-life self.

Metagaming (MG)
Using information that your character did not obtain in-character (IC) but instead through OOC sources like messages or conversations.
Example: Communicating through programs like Discord or using information shared via private chats. No information can be used unless your character received it IC.

Powergaming (PG)
Forcing roleplay onto another player without giving them a fair chance. Creating situations, performing unrealistic actions, or using mechanics in ways that are not script-supported is prohibited.

Deathmatch (DM)
A player cannot be killed without a sufficient RP background. You must have either issued a demand that complies with server rules or acted in self-defense to justify killing someone.

UN-RP
The character must always behave appropriately and not act improperly in situations.
Example: Harassing the police at a crime scene for no reason, dancing or yelling in serious situations, or failing to roleplay fear properly.

Revenge Killing (RK)
If your character has been killed, they cannot remember the "murder." Upon waking up in the hospital, the character will not recall the event and cannot pursue or take revenge against the murderer.

Car-Ramming (CR)
Vehicles may not be used to intentionally ram other players or vehicles without reason.

Baiting
Players may not deliberately annoy or provoke others to force or incite a reaction.

Fail-RP
Actions that violate the fundamental principles of roleplay. These include player behaviors or decisions that do not align with the character or situation and disrupt the experience of other players.

Fear-RP
Players must portray fear for their character’s life when the situation demands it. Although the character does not die permanently, there must be a sense of fear that their life could end. Every action should be carefully considered if the character's life is at risk.
Example: You are being robbed by four gang members with weapons pointed at you – you must cooperate and comply with their demands.
